What you pay…
We know cost-effectiveness and guaranteed performance are vital to you in building a trusting relationship. So, we operate on the principle of “no surprises”, with all fees agreed between us at the outset and fixed for the term of the agreement that we have jointly developed and committed to.
We prefer to work with fixed fees rather than an hourly or daily fee (although we will do this, if you prefer), since you should neither have to make an investment decision every time our assistance is needed, nor should your people be held up while they seek permission to spend money every time they need our help. Our availability and flexibility is a major benefit of your partnership with BUILDING KNOWLEDGETM and it makes sense to maximise it!
We always agree costs upfront, before any work begins. So, you always know your outlay.
